1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the jetx platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jetx ("we", "our", "the Company") and every individual ("you", "member", "user") who uses our website and services.

By registering on our site, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2 Account Registration & Use

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with jetx, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally capable and are entering this agreement voluntarily.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You have not previously been cancelled or permanently banned by us.

2.2 Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. If false or misleading information is provided, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time. Each individual may open one account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and session secure. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jetx receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met. You must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply once per member, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• If fraud is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• jetx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Multiple bonuses may not be claimed simultaneously unless specifically permitted.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods for deposits on the jetx platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable for each method). At the time of deposit, you must ensure that the payment account is registered in your own name.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn if wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold while a fraud investigation is in progress.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetx platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or committing bonus fraud.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in a third party's name.

Involvement in prohibited activities will result in the relevant account, balance, and bonuses being forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

6 Gaming Rules & Outcomes

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on jetx are operated in a secure and fair manner. We ensure fair play and SSL encryption. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no interference by any party is possible.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or server issue, jetx will generally attempt to restart the game or refund the wager. However, jetx is not liable for network disconnections or issues caused by the user's device.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, jetx's server logs will be considered the final evidence. To submit a dispute, contact our support team within 72 hours of the incident.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jetx website and platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the property of jetx or is licensed material. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers on our platform (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is protected by their respective intellectual property laws.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

jetx will not be held liable under any circumstances for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Any issues arising from third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
• Unforeseen circumstances — such as natural disasters, government directives, or force majeure.
• Loss resulting from your own negligence or involvement in prohibited activities.
